The Grand Canao will take place from November 7–8, 2026.

The event includes two main parts:
Gala Night – Saturday, November 7 at La Princesa Banquet Hall, starting at 5:00 PM (9830 N Metro Pkwy W, Phoenix, AZ, 85051)
Send-off Party – Sunday, November 8 - To be announced.

Everyone is welcome—families, friends, and community members of all ages.

Registration closes on September 30, 2026.

No tickets will be sold at the door. We encourage registration by September 30th to allow as time to finalize preparations.

Tickets will be issued at the entrance upon check-in.

Yes. The Grand Canao is a fundraiser, and all proceeds will support our charity initiatives.

Funds raised will help support our charity initiative to improve access to technology by building or upgrading computer centers in selected grade schools in Benguet and Ifugao.

No. Some Saturday morning activities may require separate fees. Participants are responsible for their own activity costs and transportation to and from the activity venue or meeting point. Additional details will be announced as the event date approaches.

The Bike & Hike activity will take place on the trails of South Mountain. Participants will meet at the Pima Canyon Trailhead parking area.

November weather in Phoenix is typically pleasant, with temperatures ranging from the mid-60s to high-70s °F. Participants are encouraged to bring water, sun protection, and appropriate footwear or cycling gear.

This guided sightseeing experience offers an excellent overview of downtown Phoenix aboard a private motorcoach. Highlights may include:

🌸 Tea Party & Garden Gathering
Location: 35848 N. 87th Way, Scottsdale, AZ
Join us for a peaceful morning tea party in a beautiful private garden tucked away in North Scottsdale. While the venue is a bit of a drive, the journey itself is part of the experience, offering scenic views of Arizona's stunning Sonoran Desert landscape.
This is the perfect setting to unwind, reconnect with old friends, meet fellow Grand Canao guests, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings before the festivities begin.
Cost: FREE
Time: 9AM onwards
Transportation: Guests provide their own transportation to and from the venue. -

Didn't get a spot in one of our Saturday morning activities? No problem! Phoenix offers plenty of attractions you can enjoy on your own. The activities below are not organized, hosted, or coordinated by BIBAK Arizona. Guests are responsible for making their own reservations, purchasing tickets, and arranging transportation.

Explore one of the world's finest collections of desert plants, featuring scenic walking trails and stunning Sonoran Desert landscapes.
