BIBAK Arizona Conducts Successful Medical & Dental Outreach in Paracelis, Mt. Province

This powerful reflection captures the spirit of our recent Health and School Mission—an effort that challenged us physically, moved us deeply, and left a lasting impact on everyone involved.
From June 26 to 28, the BIBAK Arizona Outreach Team traveled to Paracelis, Mountain Province, to bring essential medical, dental, and community support to the remote schools of Buringal and Makilo, as well as nearby residents. What awaited us were warm smiles, open hearts, and a community eager for care.
Reaching Nearly 400 Beneficiaries
Thanks to the dedication of nurses, doctors, dentists, teachers, and volunteers—along with the invaluable support of DepEd, the Municipal Health Office, and the Local Government Unit—we were able to serve approximately 400 students and community members. Services provided included:
Medical consultations
Dental checkups and tooth extractions
Fluoride treatments
Donations That Made a Difference
Beyond medical and dental care, the team also delivered essential items to support the school and its learners. Donations included:
Orbit fans
Microwave oven
Refrigerator
Multivitamins and medicines
Backpacks and school supplies
Hygiene kits
We are also proud to share that we completed the renovation of school bathrooms, improving sanitation and contributing to a cleaner, healthier learning environment.
